Philip John McMahon is a uniquely qualified thought leader at the intersection of forensic psychology, Corporate intelligence,-counter intelligence and strategic clinical leadership consulting. With a career spanning over four decades, Dr. McMahon has served as a Police commissioner, special advisor on policing and intelligence strategy and operations, Director of a private Corporate Intelligence- Counterintelligence,Human intelligence and complex investigations firm, and a consultant forensic and operational psychologist, C-suite Executive leader in Mental health, Forensic psychiatry , addictions service systems, Executive level Management advisor and clinical leadership consultant. He has served as the chief negotiator in a number of police department collective bargaining processes and has led extensive reforms in large and complex change and re-structuring corporate processes within multiple unionized environments.

Licensed as a Clinical and Forensic Psychologist and Certified Psychological Profiler, McMahon has served in C-suite Executive positions leading complex system-level reforms in policing, corrections, and forensic mental health organizations and systems while advising national and international boards of directors in Forensic as well as clinical arena’s.
